At Wipezo, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our customers and our service providers.
– CANCELLATION BY CUSTOMER:
You can cancel your booking without any charge before appointment date.
Ex- if your appointment time is 05/02/2024 10:00 AM then you can cancel free until 04/02/2024 during office hours.
Cancellations made on appointment date may be subject to a cancellation fee.
You can not cancel order after appointment time goes.
If the customer is requesting for the location change before appointment date then it will be free,
If the customer is requesting for the location change on appointment date then it will be chargable.
You can not change location after appointment time goes.
– CANCELLATION BY US:
We reserve the right to cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather or equipment issues or service partner leave. In such cases, you will be notified as soon as possible, and any prepaid amount will be fully refunded or rescheduled at your convenience.
– RESECDULING:
You can reschedule your appointment or change location without any charges before appointment date by calling us.
To cancel, reschedule or location change, please contact our customer support.. we will try to resecudle your appointment time if slot is available..
-REFUNDS:
If a service is cancelled before appointment date, the customer will be eligible for a full refund of the amount paid.
If a cancellation is made on appointment date, a cancellation fee of 150/- is applied, the refund will be the amount paid minus the cancellation fee.
If the customer is requesting for the location change before appointment date then it will be free,
If customer is requesting for the change location on the appointment date the fees will be applied for 150/- rupee.
Refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within 2-4 working days ( in some cases 5-7 working days).
